Apply to the Boulder Journey School Teacher Education Residency Program for Free on October 13!
The Colorado Department of Higher Education has just announced that, to inspire more Coloradans to continue their education, all 32 public colleges and universities in Colorado and several private institutions will allow students to apply for free on Tuesday, Oct. 15 as part of the second Colorado Free Application Day.
In support of this movement, the Boulder Journey School Teacher Education Program is also waiving application fees for Colorado Free Application Day on Oct. 13, 2020. That means you can apply for free when you submit your application between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m on Tuesday, October 13.
Earn your Master's Degree in Learning, Developmental and Family Sciences - with an Emphasis in Early Childhood Education from the University of Colorado Denver, your Teaching License (Birth-Third Grade) from the Colorado Department of Education,

The Boulder Journey School Teacher Education Program features a residency-model, paid teaching practicum experience, in which Resident Teachers are fully integrated in a classroom with the support of a Mentor Teacher.
During the course of one year, Resident Teachers will design and implement contextual curriculum that invites them to act as leaders and advocates in the field of Education. Resident Teachers will also design learning environments, partner with families and members of the community, and travel to Reggio Emilia, Italy to participate in a week-long study group experience.
